Exchange & Return Policy

At Curveee, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your body. We understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be tricky, especially with intimates and shapewear. We are committed to making the return and exchange process as fair and smooth as possible.
Please read our policy carefully below, as it includes specific guidelines regarding hygiene for intimate apparel.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Hygiene Standards
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be free of scents (perfume, smoke, body odor), deodorant marks, make-up stains, or pet hair.
- Tags Attached: All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Specific Category Requirements:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we strictly enforce the following:
- Bras & Clothing: Must be returned unworn with tags attached.
- Swimwear: Must be returned with the hygiene liner intact and tags attached. If the hygiene liner is removed or soiled, the return will be rejected.
- Shapewear: Must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns showing signs of direct skin contact or wear will be refused.
- Underwear / Panties: For strictly sanitary reasons, panties and thongs are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear/Panties (due to hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@curveee.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please attach clear photos of the issue.
- Approval: Wait for our team to review your request. We typically respond within 24-48 business hours.
- Ship It: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please pack your items securely.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, Curveee will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, or missing parts not due to our error).
7. Exchanges
We recommend a "Return and Re-purchase" method for the fastest service.
- Return the unwanted item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the correct size/color immediately at www.curveee.com.
This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out! Alternatively, if you prefer a direct exchange, please email support@curveee.com, and we will guide you through the process.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@curveee.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
